Personal data obtained from email (other contact channels) and service provision are processed by EO SECURITY for the purpose of delivering goods and services, with the legal basis being the performance of contractual obligations under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your personal data will also be processed by EO SECURITY for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, particularly in connection with accounting and VAT. The legal basis for processing will therefore also be the fulfillment of a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. However, you can unsubscribe from commercial communications at any time, either before submitting any form or in any email you receive from EO SECURITY. If you are not a customer of EO SECURITY, you will only receive emails offering services or products if you have actively consented to receiving such emails. EO SECURITY will process your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above for which they were collected — providing services and products, completing requested transactions, or for other necessary purposes such as fulfilling legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. These needs may vary for different types of data in the context of different products and services, and therefore actual retention periods may vary significantly. The primary consideration is always the mutual contractual relationship, meaning EO SECURITY will process personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship. The law also sets various rules for document retention; for example, 10 years for the retention of accounting documents and information required in connection with VAT.
In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data.
Right to rectification means that you can request EO SECURITY at any time to correct or supplement your personal data if they are inaccurate or incomplete.

In any case, processing will be restricted until the objection is resolved.
